These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Hyperglyph mobile application ("App") provided by North Island Technologies, LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the App

Hyperglyph is a language learning application that provides structured video content, spaced repetition review, and interactive conversation features. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Subscriptions

Hyperglyph Pro is an auto-renewable subscription. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal charges occur within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by North Island Technologies, LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the App. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to use, process, and store such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, North Island Technologies, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

Apple Standard EULA

Your use of this App is also subject to the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. North Island Technologies, LLC, not Apple, is responsible for the App and its content.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
